This recording was produced from a live performance by Angamus Duo in June 2012, at The Monastery Chapel in Newcastle, Australia.

This venue was selected as the Chapel's acoustics are phenomenal, the venue's high quality multi-media recording and production facilities are amongst the region's finest, and it's a venue where the audience can be intimately involved.

Chin-Hwi Ang (Violin)
Drawing on her Chinese-Malaysian heritage, combined with her classical musical training,
Chin-Hwi has developed a unique style of musical entertainment. This style has been influenced by her travels through the UK, Europe and Asia.
Chin-Hwi performs with a wide variety of artists, bands and some of the region’s leading orchestras. This has provided her with the opportunity to expand her musical repertoire and develop her unique performance style.

Greg Paterson (Piano)
Greg is best known as the Musical Director of ‘Star Struck’- the Hunter Region’s Schools Spectacular (1998-2007) which involved arranging the musical performances of some 4,000 students. Recently, his passion for musical direction had him arranging the music for ‘The Producers’, ‘The Boy from Oz’, and ‘Grease’, with a Conda Award coming his way for his work on ‘Shout – the Legend of the Wild One’.

A highly versatile performer, Greg's musical repertoire embraces classical works, musicals, jazz and various modern genres. He has performed with a variety of national and international acts in Sydney and throughout the Hunter Region.
